The well-balanced tannins give the wine a pleasant smoothness.
VINIFICATION: After de-stemming, the grapes are vinified traditionally.
Ageing : 9 months in oak barrels.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Goes perfectly with grilled meats and cheeses.
Serve at 15-18°C.
