It has a spicy and peppery nose with fruit brandy notes.
The tannins are very present but silky.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvest and carbonic maceration.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve this rich wine with typical Mediterranean dishes.
Serve at 15-17°C.
