Intense, concentrated nose with aromas of pepper, vanilla and green peppers.
The wine has a supple balance in the mouth, with subtle flavours of cloves, ginger and peppers.
The tannins are well developed, giving the wine a feeling of fullness and smoothness.
VINIFICATION: 100% de-stemming, alcoholic fermentation at 28-30°C.
An average of 18 days maceration.
Ageing : 9 months in oak barrels.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Goes perfectly with red meats and strong cheeses.
Serve at 18-20°C.
